Kjell Arne Ingebrigtsen, 1937
Civil Engineer (electronics) from NTH (now NTNU) 1962. Lic. techn. and dr. techn. from the same institution 1967 and 1970. Currently a professor emeritus at the institute of electronics and telecommunications, NTNU. Ingebrigtsen is engaged in research and innovation. He holds several board appointments with public and private enterprises, the latter mainly in start-up companies.
Ingebrigtsen has experience in research and education from the Norwegian Defence Force Research Institution, SINTEF and NTH as a researcher, research manager and senior lecturer. In 1985, he participated in the establishment of Vingmed Sound, a company involved in commercial ultrasound imaging technology for medical diagnosis. Until 2000, he led the development process at this company. During 1989-2000 he held several senior positions in strategy, technology and market development and sales in the overseas companies that Vingmed Sound has been incorporated into, including General Electric.
John D. Breivoll, 1949
Chemical engineer with many years’ experience from various positions in industry , e.g. as Senior Engineer at a local concrete and plastic piping manufacturer, and as Sales Director at former Norcem. In the latter position was amongst other Breivoll established a water and sewage inspection company, which he managed during 5 years . Breivoll is currently a self employed consultant, company owner and developer.
Professor Sveinung Sægrov, 1951
Dr. Eng Sveinung Sægrov is a Senior Professor at NTNU and a senior researcher at SINTEF’s department for water and environment. His specialist field is pipe networks. Sægrov is involved in several EU projects and is internationally active in his profession. Previous experience includes, amongst other, research leader at The Research Council of Norway and Senior Engineer at the Trondheim municipality. Doctorate from NTNU in condition evaluation of drainage systems. From 2001, professor in piping technology at NTNU, a position financed by 20 Norwegian municipalities.
Knut Sørensen, 1940
Business economist BI. Now retired, Sørensen worked in the banking industry for many years; his most recent position was as Regional Director for Troms and Finnmark counties at Gjensidige Nor Sparebank. Sørensen is also chairman of the board of directors with another company in Tromsø.
Dr. Kjell Arild Høgda, 1962
Research leader at Norut IT. Doctorate in physics (signal processing) from Tromsø University. Former researcher at Norut IT. Has also worked on remote measurement technology and industrial applications of image processing and has led major research projects. Experience from EU, ESA, Research Council and various industrial projects.
Geir-Arne Sørensen, 1958
President at Bromma Air Maintenance in Stockholm Sweden. Earlier Managing Director of Lufttransport AS from 2006 to 2008. Employed for 17 years as Marketing and Communication Director for business development (national and international) at Lufttransport AS and Helikopter Service AS. Broad experience in professional aviation competence via more than 25 years in Norwegian aviation. Chairman of AeroMedTech AS and Mørefly AS.
The company’s board members contribute actively to the development of the company through their specific professional skills, in addition to their formal duties on the board.
